THE SAFETY OF OUR GUESTS IS A PRIORITY FOR US.
We have decided to implement a series of changes to our normal management operations in order to safeguard your health and that of our staff. Your health is paramount: for this reason, we are working hard to eliminate all possible sources of risk and, at the same time, continue to make your stay cozy and comfortable.
We had to learn to decline the word 'hospitality' according to new standards: we are confident that you will share our philosophy.
TO PROTECT YOUR SAFETY ...
- The Certified Sanitization procedure is carried out in each room before the arrival and after the departure of each guest. It is a long and expensive procedure which, however, allows us to offer a safe environment. To limit any possible risk and guarantee total privacy, the customer can request the Long Stay treatment: no one besides him will enter the sanitized room and at the reception he will be able to collect a daily envelope containing clean bathroom linen and detergent and disinfectant wipes. If the guest likes to insert a cleaning and sanitizing intervention during the stay we will be happy to provide by applying a supplement of 15 €. Every 4 nights, however, we provide for a room sanitization without charge.
- Attention to the safety of guests in this emergency situation has suggested, albeit with much regret, to temporarily suspend our historic breakfast buffet. We will continue to give you a good morning with a good coffee and fragrant croissants, available from 06:30 to 10:30. You can also have breakfast in your room: ask for it at no. 10. We will return to offer you our large and delicious buffet as soon as conditions permit.
- The use of the mask by guests in the common areas is mandatory. If you don't have it, you can request one at reception.
